Improve your swimming faster with personalised training sessions. We welcome total beginners learning to swim, those looking to improve their technique or more advanced swimmers seeking high-quality individual coaching. 

Lessons are available in Freshwater rockpool, the indoor pool at Aquaculture Swim in Brookvale or in the ocean.

Recommended time for a first lesson is 30 minutes, however, longer is possible too.

30 minute lesson: $70

60 minute lesson: $120

For those looking to improve their fitness and technique. Different abilities welcome, we swim between 1km -3km depending on swim ability. 

These squads run in the Aquaculture Swim pool in Brookvale.

Tue & Thu 12-1 pm 

Fri 9.30-10.30 am

 

Cost: $25.50 per hour lesson.

Build your confidence and endurance in the ocean with our ocean swim classes. We offer ocean private lessons or small group lessons in the ocean. During the  lesson we focus on building confidence and fitness in the ocean by practicing skills such as body surfing, orientating and swimming. 

Lessons start from Manly or Shelley Beach.

Cost:

60 minute private lesson: $120

Small group: $30 per person
